Mid 19th Century French Enamel & Diamond Dahlia Drop Earrings

In the language of flowers, or floriography, dahlias are associated with elegance, inner strength, creativity, and dignity. They're rarely depicted in jewelry, but here they are, dramatically rendered in black enamel and rose cut diamonds.

    Very good - looks like the enamel has been touched up here and there but otherwise close to perfect

    1 5/8" length measured from the top of the ear wire, 1/2" diameter of clusters
