These earrings are one in a series of 3 pairs cast from 19th century decorative dress buttons. Each features a different version of the belt-buckle motif that was popular in the Victorian era, and which we're currently obsessed with. The "Ida" earrings, the smallest of the three styles, measure ½" in diameter and are highly detailed, with a thick beveled edge and lots of contrasting textures. Posts and earring backs are sterling silver.
