19th Century French Silver Collar

$1,400

Sold!

This bold Victorian-era collar was made in France, where silver chains like this were worn with decorative slides or lockets. The wide, textured links have an industrial heft and a satisfyingly silky feel. A large central ring once held a pendant or watch key, but it's just as striking worn alone.
