Edwardian Diamond Arrow Jabot Pin

$1,475

Sold!

Beginning in the 17th century, this type of pin was used to fasten one's jabot (ruffled or pleated collar of a blouse). This jabot pin modeled in the shape of an arrow dates from much later than that - the transitional years between the Edwardian and Art Deco periods. Lindsay and I both own one and wear it as a single, very dramatic earring. Made in platinum and 18k gold and set with 27 rose & old Euro cut diamonds.
