Edwardian Diamond Question Mark Necklace

$800

Sold!

In the very early 1900s, the Question Mark became a motif in jewelry. Why? The Gibson Girl hairstyle was big (I mean it was both popular, and also large) - women's faces and hairdo were sometimes incorporated into this swooping shape. Also, a new century was dawning - what would it bring??? There was a feeling of optimism, possibility, and curiosity. Now, the question mark often follows the dominant question of the 21st century: WTF?
