Georgian Red Paste Rivière
This vibrant Georgian rivière dates to the early 19th century. The riviére, an endless collar of gems fastened with a concealed clasp, was at the height of fashion in the mid to late Georgian period. This pinchbeck necklace is composed of fiery flat-cut red paste set in crimped collets with closed backs.
