Late Georgian In Memory Of Enamel & Gold Band

$2,400

Sold!

In 1836, this black enamel IN MEMORY OF ring was created by a jeweler who intended it to later be engraved inside with a specific person's details. Nearly 200 years later, the ring remains un-engraved. Perhaps it was never bought and sold, or maybe the engraving inside was buffed away so the ring appears pristine. Either way, it's now blank for you to use as your own wearable memorial for anything and anyone you've lost.
