Good luck horseshoes often have seven nails because seven was long treated as a protective number. In European folk belief, seven marked cycles that felt divinely balanced: days of the week, visible planets, stages of life. You know what could amplify the luck of seven nails? If they were emeralds and old European cut diamonds. They can't be UNLUCKY, right? This giant gold pendant was probably once a brooch, but the impact of a necklace is way bigger, so you're welcome.

    14k gold (marked), 4 round faceted emeralds (approximately .28ctw), 4 old European cut diamonds (approximately .32ctw)

    Very good - probably converted from a brooch into a pendant at some point in time

    1 1/2" length including the bale, 1 3/8" width
