1 5/8" long arrowhead / spear point, obsidian or flint, hand-set in copper with a pin back. I imagine it was an American tourist souvenir. The pin back looks like early 20th century, but these were sold en mass as keepsakes in the late 19th and early 20th century. Indigenous tools were being rebranded as romantic relics of the "vanishing Indian". This is a Native-style projectile point, but I don't know how to tell if this one was newly made for the trade. Could have been sold at Wild West shows, Grand Canyon / Yellowstone / Southwest tourist traps, sometimes world's fairs. This symbolized frontier adventure and an imagined pre-colonial America.
