size 10 - resizable. Handmade, probably from Filipino or US coins. Made from soldier or more likely local artisans as souvenirs for servicemen. Sometimes they engraved names and units as well as place names. During WW2 the Philippines was occupied by Japan, and then retaken bu Allied forces in 1944-5. An American soldier brought this home from the Pacific Theater. Says 1945 right there. Coin silver and copper. (penny?)
