Victorian Aesthetic Movement Bat Brooch
Sold!

Bats historically represent intuition and the shadowy mysteries of life. The Victorians loved them. This Aesthetic Movement era brooch has a teeny, friendly bat flying through a natural scene. Details include Etruscan revival-ish details, multiple geometric shapes, and a safety chain for double security, because unlike most Aesthetic jewels - which are silver with a little bit of gold - this one's solid gold. Locket at back is ready for you to customize.
