Victorian Ruby-Eyed Rabbit Stickpin

$1,750

Sold!

An old English superstition dictates that if you say "Rabbit, Rabbit" (or "White Rabbits") as the very first words out of your mouth on the first day of a new month, you will have good luck for the next 30 days. The origins of the custom are mysterious, but rabbits have been associated with fertility and abundance for centuries. The ritual has been famously practiced by British WWII pilots, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and actress Sarah Jessica Parker. Carrying a rabbit's foot is a little gross; why don't you wear an 18k and ruby rabbit instead?
