Victorian Silver Snake Brooch
A sinuous serpent brooch from the late Victorian period. Fashioned in silver and detailed with crosshatched scales, the snake's head is set with turquoise cabochons and its eyes with garnets. Note the thoughtfully engraved detail to the underside of the head.
