WW2 era cuffs. One says "Dorothea" and the other has the shell and flame insignia of the Army Ordnance Dept and the numbers 35 and 41. Batallion numbers, maybe? The AOD supplies army units with weapons and ammo. These were handmade by a soldier at a military base or a woman factory worker, possibly? Made from bent steel with punched dents, probably taken from workplace. The steel is absolutely unbending and is made to fit very large wrists. Fully 3" wide interior, with a 1 3/4" opening. So maybe made for a big dude?
